We ship domestically within Japan and internationally to most countries.
Available regions: Japan, North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, South America
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on destination and package weight.
Japan domestic:
• ¥300 - ¥1,200 (varies by weight)
International:
• North America 🇺🇸🇨🇦: $10 - $40
• Europe 🇪🇺: $10 - $40
• Asia 🌏: $10 - $28
• Oceania 🇦🇺🇳🇿: $10 - $35
• South America 🌎: $10 - $42
Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
⏱️ Delivery Time
• Japan domestic: 3-7 business days
• International: 7-21 business days (varies by region)
*Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed during peak seasons, due to weather, or customs processing.
📤 Processing & Shipping
• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation
• Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships
💳 Customs ＆ Import Duties
For international orders, please note:
•Some products include shipping costs in the price - please check individual product descriptions
• If customs duties or import taxes do apply, they are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery
• These fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs office, not by us
• We have no control over these charges, but we're happy to answer any questions you may have

However, we recommend checking your country's customs regulations for items under $100 USD to understand potential costs.

Brazilian Customers – Important Notice
Orders shipped to Brazil may be subject to significant import taxes.
Under current Brazilian rules, purchases from websites that are not part of the Remessa Conforme program may be subject to a 60% Import Tax, including purchases under US$50. An additional ICMS tax of approximately 17–20% may also apply.
Example: If you purchase a US$30 item:
・Import Tax: approximately US$18
・ICMS: may also apply
・Total additional charges: potentially more than US$18, depending on the applicable ICMS and other charges.
These charges are separate from the product price and may be collected from the recipient when the order arrives in Brazil.
Please note that a CPF, CNPJ, or other identification information may be required for customs clearance.
EU Customers – Important Notice
Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) and customs duties.
VAT rates vary by country. For example, Spain's standard VAT rate is 21%.
Example: If you purchase a US$30 tea and cookie set:
・VAT at 21%: approximately US$6.30
・EU customs duty: potentially €3 per applicable tariff category
・If the two products fall under two different tariff categories: potentially €6
・Estimated additional charges in this example: approximately US$6.30 + €6, before considering any other applicable charges.
The actual amount depends on the destination country, product classification, order value, shipping costs, and applicable regulations.
