📅 Return Period
Within 14 days of receiving your order

✅ Return Conditions
We accept returns for items that meet ALL of the following conditions:
• Unused and unopened
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached
• No damage or stains

❌ Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or personalized items or Mystery Boxes
• Sale or final sale items
• Opened products

💰 Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

以下の条件をすべて満たす商品のみ返品を承ります:
• 未使用・未開封の状態
• 元のパッケージに入っている
• 商品タグが付いたまま
• 破損や汚れがない

❌ 返品不可の商品
• カスタマイズ商品、パーソナライズ商品、ミは商品の性質上、返品・返金不可となります
• セール品・最終販売品
• 開封済みの商品

💰 返金について
• 返品商品を確認後、7〜10営業日以内に返金処理を行います
• 返金は元の決済方法に返金されます
• 返送料はお客様負担となります
